We had to replace our 30+ year old stove due to thermostat issues. Hubby wanted one that was "in store" and a certain size. We also had to change it from natural gas to propane. That process wasn't too difficult. We bought the stove/oven from a local dealership. The fit was tight, (had to do a bit of sanding on our cabinets), looks great. Not used to electric light up of the cooking flame, but we're getting used to it. The only down side i have encountered is that the whole stove top gets really hot while cooking. We may have to adjust something, not sure. Just be aware incase you leave a plastic spoon or spatula in the middle while cooking that it doesn't get to hot to handle, or you touch the area around the burners.

I like the stove as a senior who no longer needs to cook for a large family, just the two of us. my only problem was I could not find the heating light was and it says it will cycle on and off during cooking.

This stove and range replaced a smaller one during a kitchen remodel by Habitat For Humanity. It's large enough for me to properly prepare meals. I especially like the electric pilot light and the spacing of burners on the range.

Even tho' I just received my product yesterday -I love it. I am a "seasoned" citizen and I am not good with modern technology so this range is a good fit for me. It is easy to use. Easy to clean. I enjoy cooking on it. Thank you GE for making an appliance without the new technology that sometimes confuses me.

No features. Just plain black. Weak oven door springs, uneven burner grates, not even a clock. Oh, wait, it does have electronic ignition and a light bulb in the oven. Due to Covid shortages, it was the only one available.

I like everything about this range but the metal skin could have been a lot thicker. It replaced a 43 year old model and I just couldn't believe how the thickness has gone downhill. be very careful not to push on the unit to hard!

I Love the fact that with the electronic ignition feature, the burners are on immediately. The oven warms up real fast as well so not a lot of wait time while you're trying to make a meal.

This is a very basic model range but good value for the money. My only problem is I was cooking eggs on it for the first time and as the pan was heating up it slid right off the stove almost into my lap as I'm in a wheelchair. I was also cooking something else along with it and that pan as it heated up slid off the burner. I wonder if there should be a warning put on this product about the potential for this happening with the ranges first use.
