It went in readily enough....the fan works but is very loud. I regret mightily that there is no grease shield over the light bulb....no need for extra work in keeping things clean....am currently looking for a less bright bulb as it is impossible to use as a night light if you are of small stature...it gets you right in the eyes! Recommend with these reservations.....

Looks good over my GE range. Works good too. I installed myself which was a little bit of a struggle because had to lift over my head. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing I'd say negative is no where in description did I read had to buy power cord. If was there wasn't noticeable.
